Then once he moves to the US, he can then replace himself on the entities which hold the properties, as he would presumably have a green card when he marries and only pay taxes in the US.  ... as long as he doesn't get left at the alter ;-)

I was considering altering sales date to Jan 1, 2016 and closing the distance to a 1 mile radius regardless of neighborhood.
