At that point you become a knowledge leader in your network, you start talking to people and before you know it you have your first private lender.

Just like language in CCR's that preclude selling to certain ethnic groups or religious groups. those are still on title but are ignored and cant be enforced..really depends if there is an active HOA or these are just CCR's  active HOA you could have a fight.. just CCR's it would take a neighbor actually suing you.. and this is pretty rare since it cost money.

You need to find and surround yourself with a few extraordinary leaders.   

Would you rather spend hours looking for the information or have the information/resources available to ask and experienced Subto Leader or member whenever you need.
