Naturally some years hard work is equivilant to cutting warm butter. 2012 has all of the signs of prosperity enrichment.

Just because absentees are the most prosperous for the general population doesn't make it perfect for you.

They certainly can't afford Prosper and that area.

I know i fund 300 or so of these a year i see the HUDS> if the dollars your talking about are your total cash to invest and reserves then your woefully undercapitalized to be in this.. you would be better off doing Prosper loans or finding some good crowdfunder that take small denomoinations. 

Don't expect the business in your house to be prosperous and don't expect your rent will be paid to you.
