Do you work behind the scenes for a few years before selling)?

I've now been focusing on investing long term and less on the speculative futures/options markets.Just recently I started a vinyl cutting business to make deals for the local car scene and now has expanded to Philadelphia for an aerospace company...

An antique kids pedal car, an ancient harmonica, and some pastoral scene tile from the 1800s.

Things of this nature will be affected heavily on whether the tenant is present (god forbid, the sheriff will most likely find some reason to arrest to em and then he or she sits in a police car while you throw their personals out) hopefully they will be released on scene and able to get help over there with a moving truck, if not he or she will leave to rent a moving truck or trailer, this is not an opportunity to be an ******* and throw all their stuff in the trash.

We're "cash buyers" but behind the scenes, my parents are loaning us about 70% of the price.As part of the transaction, seller is paying for a home owner's title insurance policy in the amount of the sales price.

There is a whole tech scene around some of these neighborhoods now and that means high income tenants!!
