Homeless Crisis.

@Chris Reyes my why was being homeless having to go into a shelter when I was younger in the Bronx and my mom getting on section 8 and losing it .

must be vacated and becomes a hold-over tenant with an extension to look for an apartment in the new jurisdiction, can the first H.A. terminate the tenant and refuse to pay the additional month H.A. share - forcing the tenant into homelessness for a month?

Like it's big sister, Seattle, Bremerton struggles with some homelessness, drug use, etc.

Homeless people everywhere!

The standard D platform is as many new taxes as possible to fund their dreams.Heck in Portland, we now have a $250M/year tax on the "rich" for the 4K homeless or so = $60K/homeless. 

Basically what it is, is some bank will pay your dad a monthly check, he gets to live in the house and after the end of 20-30 years, the bank owns your house and he is homeless.

Downtown Phoenix has some very nice areas that are being revitalized, but there are also a lot of areas with high crime and homelessness.

However, the extended timing of this crash (and unemployment) led to cars being repo'd, homelessness, a BK in 2010 and more.

So, we were forced into homelessness.
