My background stems from healthcare and construction hence why I have such a specific interest.

I am currently a business owner in the health care field. 

But the flip side is most landlords are mom and pops that need that rent increase to keep up with their own cost of living increases, be it health care, fuel prices, or taking a family trip.I am actually in a position now. 

I intend on marketing it as a mid-term rental for both healthcare and travel professionals, and if need be, some short term rentals.

Furthermore, healthcare reform is NOT about healthcare, it's about money and control.

@Jay Akpovwa unless @Darryl Shelton is referring to something other than what's associated with in healthcare, an assisted living facility (AL for short) is a level of care for seniors (typically) who can live and function "independently" but require some assistance.

Re-evaluate the trust and the attorney didn’t tell us initially it can only be used for utilities, cars, health care and other random things but NOT rent.

Much of new health care developments in the city are for various aspects of geriatric care.
