Transforming Multi Families into Assitted Living

Hello everyone,

I have a rather specific question that I can only assume many do not have too much experience with!

I am looking for some general information about purchasing multi families and converting them Into assisted living facilities.

I know this is a very specific type of investing but any help would be great. I have done a large amount of research however the available information I have found is not always of the best quality.

My background stems from healthcare and construction hence why I have such a specific interest.
