I’m no lawyer but I’m betting any sane person would call this elder abuse.

The seller was an elderly disabled man with no help in and around the home.

He is elderly and the unit is not in safe living conditions, so we know he needs to leave, but his family is obviously stressed about the timeline.

He had several large homes that he rented rooms out to elderly tenants who needed assistance.

The right help would be great, she is elderly and needs to sell but she does not live in the unit, it's vacant.

All funds are limited and the goal is to stop homelessness, with a focus on veterans, the elderly, or disabled.

But it will likely have a disaparate impact on one of the federally protected classes....the elderly.  

Looking for someone to help me right an offer lady for an elderly home owner.Hello I have a neighbor who isnt doing well and I want to make an offer on their home that if they accept would be legally binding.I would like for the letter to have special terms to help them until they pass on.For example I want to allow them to live in the home for 3 yearsI want to cover condo fees and utilities until they pass and any assessmentsbut I want an agreement that when they do pass I get the home.Does anyone have any experience writing an agreement like this that an elderly person will be able to understand.thank you

From what I can gather, the seller is elderly, underwater, and needs to get out as clean as he can.
