Looking for someone to help me right an offer lady for an elderly home owner.Hello I have a neighbor who isnt doing well and I want to make an offer on their home that if they accept would be legally binding.I would like for the letter to have special terms to help them until they pass on.For example I want to allow them to live in the home for 3 yearsI want to cover condo fees and utilities until they pass and any assessmentsbut I want an agreement that when they do pass I get the home.Does anyone have any experience writing an agreement like this that an elderly person will be able to understand.thank you
