This is my first manager, but came highly regarded by family and I haven’t been disappointed.

A lot of BP members I previously respected sharing some disappointing, and surprisingly, vitriolic opinions.

But I'll be honest, I have been rather disappointed by their lack of upgrades over the past few years, seems the competition is running circles around them. 

Otherwise you may be disappointed if you're only looking at revenues from 2020 - 2022 pandemic years.

Rolfe - I am looking at your response to this and it is very disappointing!

I was very disappointed when we went on site in Nashville looking for rentals (too much week-week and paying by cash for me).

If you are going in with the expectation that any other type of REI will be hands off and passive, be it turnkey or off the MLS with a PM, then you are setting yourself up for disappointment in both passivity and probably on return expectations as well IMO and experience.

I have worked with Zack on multiple properties and I have never been disappointed. 

We went with the on-site rental management company, but have been disappointed.

But really, I am very disappointed that I didn't see my own biggest blind spot.
