Tenant Cloud.

I think my ability to make a decision was being clouded by my perspective and relationship with the property. 

I'm aware of Tenant Cloud and Avail but haven't dug into either quite yet. 

it’s cloud based, so works on any computer as well as your phone.   

Thanks for any advice.They have threatened to file a lis pendens  clouding title on your property.

While eXp has plenty of training in the cloud, your sponsor is just as crucial to your success if you are new.

Hey Lawrence, I haven’t used rent ready or tenant cloud, but I am a couple of months into avail and it is going well so far.

Simply putting properties under contract with no ability or intention to close in your name, and then clouding title, is more than sleazy.In this deal, OP had choices: pay more, sue, or walk.
