It's always killed me how the pro-lifers say they stand for upholding the sanctity of life by trying to force poor mothers to give birth to their children but they are the first to say that those same children shouldn't get free healthcare, free clothes or free food from the government to survive once they're born into a family that can't support them.

I don't mean that I'm going to not shower and never change my cloths and name my business "Dirty Hippy Real Estate", I just don't want to really buy fancy clothes that I don't need and that would make me feel phony.

The real estate market changes like fashion in a clothing store.

If I were to stick to your mentality, I wouldn't even be able to buy clothes at the mall because I'd only be 'benefiting the company' by buying clothes.

Go pick something you know nothing about -- baseball cards, pens, watches, electronics, clothes, etc -- and practice wholesaling those things.

The rooms looked like the parents don't enforce cleaning, and their were boxes and clothes EVERYWHERE, the tenant was walking about in his bath robe, nearly looked homeless.

Such as cars, furniture, clothing etc.

I've had tenants who were slobs - not really hoarders, but had clothes, toys and junk all over the floor.

You could also forbid future external improvements to preserve the outside beauty, just like you would not be able to hang cloths outside a balcony. lol.
