First Citizens had some really good home improvement loans where they just cut you a check and you're free to spend on the property as you see fit.

If I understand so you are a US citizen so despite not being in the US physically you will still be eligible for conventional loans.

Does that just mean that I just can't use an online banking account like the one I have for ING/Capital One, but could use banks like Citizens Bank or Bank of America which have branches in MA?

Why on earth should a private citizen provide their for-profit STR for this couple if their sponsors won't even cover them?
