Rental for Senior Citizens

Does anyone have experience with renting out each room in a single family home to a senior citizen? We own a home inspection company and a client hired us to inspect a property with his intention on doing this. He already had multiple properties with this setup. I can't find any information on-line. Seems like a great way to increase profit on a single home. Are multiple tenants able to use their government, low income, housing voucher towards just a room in a shared home? Or would they have to pay out of pocket?
