Local landlord training sessions are great too to understand why the language is the way it is.

I closed on my first STR in June, and after a very successful summer, I am facing a new challenge: now that school is back in session, how to best market my spacious, family-friendly 2/2 + loft house to the couples-oriented fall crowd?

What am I doing now Attending couple of 'free' sessions locally but BP site is just crazy good and flood of information that will keep me busy for a few days.

The free session was tempting. 

Hey John McCombs - We did a session at our conference on the topic and it was a huge hit.

My friend who invited me to the freebie session declined to go to the 3-day, saying there wouldn't be much "meat," that it would mostly be about selling the advanced training.

The monthly group coaching sessions kept changing time (eventually to a time I could not do, so I stopped attending) and I found when I would email or contact her for a question outside of a session the coach was always directing me to the broker because the questions I had were too technical or outside of her experience.
