Overall if location doesn't matter for your work, I would draw a big circle around DFW and look at the cities on the outskirts of the circle to potentially get the best of price and age.....starting on the NW side you could look at places like Saginaw, Azle, Boyd, Eagle Mountain, Roanoke, and then just continue around the metroplex.
