If class action has a good litigator I am guessing there going to shoot for fraud but lay groundwork for theft by swindle, given cardone's fee's and marketing/ mass media messages, it will be very hard to disprove and leads into a settlement.

Some may say this is excessive but the cost increase per month is not that significant and I am covered in and not have to deal with a difference in loss settlement with the carrier.

As I type this,  I am reviewing the disclosures from the lender and I see the following:Title - Closing/Settlement/Attorney Fee for $1,625 Title.

As I continue to research finance options, I see delayed financing as the way to quickly pull capital back out, especially if I can have rehab costs included in the settlement statement.
