And with cool videos like you just saw earlier and the comments that were made in reaction, I think they're succeeding.So before you know it, people from Oakland, Richmond, Fremont, San Jose, San Francisco and everywhere else in the Bay Area will start viewing Sacramento as the new hip spot that's way cheaper but still has several professional sports teams, a major college, an international airport, and the sparkling new Golden 1 Center to host all the music concerts their heart's desire.

Just like any sport, you need both at different times, depending on the market. 

There are lots of ways to do this - I might sell sports cards at a sports card show, buy and flip something nice on Craig's List (often sports cards or things people are often wanting to buy like folding ladders). 

I don't think those things really exist in real estate, stock market day trading, or me learning to try and play golf (I'm lousy at golf just to add another sports example). 

Then over the years I became a supervisor making 55k a year and felt like I was a very high wage earner for my field and I thought that I had arrived at the pinnacle of what I could expect to get to financially.
