I recall the phrase that "a lot of investors were over leveraged" which could include people who bought homes with 6-7% cap rates with a no money down VA Loan.  

I have heard the phrase from Jerry Puckett about marketing like a wholesaler.

If they follow with a "I cant" or even seconds before; If I could rescue them from this evil killing phrase I follow immediately with "raise your expectations" Theirs one thing you must be sure in business one pribciplw every group must have to have lasting durability "accountability".In 2005; or so.

This is the first time I heard this phrase "bug bomb".

So yes I pretty much went on the google search bar and typed in some typical phrases like “Passive Income Ideas” and ended up trying several such network marketing, monetizing blogs, thinking of a youtube channel to create, affiliate marketing w/ Amazon, and several other ideas that didn’t really catch my interest or attention span.
