Rental demand in the norther portions of Dallas County & Southern Collin & Denton counties will do nothing but increase over the next several years due to the job growth & new housing development in those areas, as the Metroplex continues to push further & further towards the Red River.

I have posted on here before about how since my family lives fine off my salary we can save everything my wife makes which is about 35k, I have a good amount of savings and my plan was to buy a house every year but from what I have read/heard lots of people talking about a housing bubble in Dallas specifically Collin county that should pop in 2018ish when all the companies moving here are fully staffed and the builders catch up to the demand.

Personally, I prefer a better tenant pool such as young professionals and more financially stable families to reduce vacancy, so I personally invest in areas towards the North Dallas area and Collins county.
