I need to make a decision soon and am at my wits end. 

It leaves a bad taste in my mouth, because it reminds me so much of the build up before each of the last three recessions I've witnessed. 

I don't have to be an attorney or past defendant to know the guy is let his celebrity go to his head as I witnessed (and I'm sure a jury will have an opportunity to do so too) on TV.

The tenant/supplier then signs the estoppel (it is witnessed).Once collected, we provide copies of the estoppels to the Vendor and bring to her/his attention and variances from the information they provided.That said, you could draught estoppels now and review them with *your* tenants.  

This tenant is telling me she witnessed the dead body as she discovered the body with the seller when they both went in together.

I watched all different types of hearings (i.e. landlords represented by attorneys, landlords not represented by attorneys, uncontested evictions, as well as evictions contested by the tenant both with and without witnesses on their side, etc).

I have witnessed a couple of investors going the route of hiring a couple handymen, subbing their own licensed trades and playing the role of GC that have not always gone as planned.

I've witnessed investors make their decision on purchasing a property based on it being an area considered to be a rental neighborhood, or a owner occupant's neighborhood.I haven't quite yet grasped what difference does it have on an investor's profit if the home is either of the two options.More than happy to hear other's take on this topic, Thanks.
