If you can't find someone like that you may need to hire a translator; it may be hard to find a notary or title company with that special dual capability (if you can that would be better).Good Luck

Someone recommend me US Bank, I called US Bank and they even talked to my IRA attorney where he translated everything I could say correctly and they never heard of it before but they were going to ask a different department, they called me back and told me what department to call, and that department told me there was no such thing lol...
