He did not put any waterproofing in the bathroom and the put drywood straight behind tiles.I asked him if he left any tools and he was supposed to come pick up his tools with my project manager on monday.

My understanding is I need to store it for 15 days, but that I could charge a reasonable fee if they choose to pick it up.  

Any advice from y'all would be amazing, any one willing to let me pick there brain for 30 min would be even better. 

Otherwise, the where won't matter much if you pick the wrong person.

But I was strategic about where we purchased and did BRRRR's.I'm still investing in Detroit (picking up a duplex this wee) but also building an ADU here at my primary. 

My advise is to pick a mix of about 4 or 5 different software.

Maybe our BP member that owns all the Houston MF picked these up ??
