Goals for this deal:- secure precisely 3 units within 1 mile of Rillito Bike Path @ Dodge Blvd: easy to access all major Tucson road cycling routes- property layout functional for STR: adequate parking, separate backyard spaces, etc- walking distance to Brandi Fenton Dog Park & Tucson Hop Shop (best bar in Tucson)- pay house cleaner & landscaper to periodically clean primary residence out of AirBnB income (still working towards that!)

Also if you are wanting some sort of an island you could look at combining your first posted drawing with the most recent one, but the section you had the stove in the island in the first drawing do a half bar with seating on the back side and that top of the counter being higher than the kitchen side counter space.

They always included a number of rooms that met our state code, TAS. that dictates mounting heights, grab bars, egress, etc.I would bet that you'll need a public bathroom that meets ADA also.
