Shoot for the stars, land on the moon!  

Stars are finally aligning in my schedule to check out the Capital Wealth Builders meeting tonight (Sacramento).  

@Joe Villeneuve   but we are not talking about you who from what I can see is an established investor selling turn key and probably has a on going business..I am talking about someone who is new ot the business and trying to find their way or is trying to build a personal portfolio... then you never know when one of these can become a rock star and be making 500k a year in commissions  it happens.

If you are good at it, you will be a rock star in the local RE community.

This goal is my north star and it is firmly imprimted in my mind, I wake up thinking about this goal, I go to sleep repeating this afirmation.

Assuming you keep your costs in line and finance with private/hard money at typical terms, you'll net about $48k or about 12% of ARV (more if you get done faster or use your own cash).Don't get stars in your eyes and focus solely on the dollar profit, without regard to cost.

I think it's a "shoot for the stars and you'll hit the moon" concept .... !
