My three pieces of advice:(i) Source of Life liquid vitamins (on Amazon.com)(ii) Rowing machine (see velocity fitness rower, also on Amazon) -- can get a good work out in only 30 minutes and doesn't take up too much space (albeit more than an exercise bike)(iii) Juicing (with less fruit juice) every day

My advice - find a legit mentor that may partner with you as cohost is your first property, willing to share knowledge and you absolutely know for a fact they hv experience in the airbnb space with their own properties; gather info on internet, buy a couple of books - all the information is already out there.

I feel that for a single person or a couple, this would not be a dealbreaker as one room could be used as the main bedroom and one as an office/personal space.

You might have 10 years to recoup the overall investment simply as a STR but might net quite a bit more in the long run in equity.Alone it might not be worth the squeeze to get that juice, but adding in the equity, you could come out far ahead.Also, If you added slightly more space, could you add the master and another bedroom/bath?
