The smaller multifamily space is a great way to start out!

I have a house hack where I live on one side of a house and my tenant lives on the other side without sharing any spaces.

He flew a drone and saw that there was more roof work than I felt comfortable taking on, ontop of some code violations in one of the units and exposed knob and tube wiring in the attic space.  

Often overlooked is the premium for storage space in the city.

Ample parking space,plus reliable and dependable staffing makes a huge difference. 

You are ahead of the curve to some degree compared to others, but most moving into this space now lose.

You can avoid alot of issues by sending out an email for example if you have a materials delivered and the guy is temporarily blocking the driveway or taking up a space.

If the remediation devices intrude significantly into the livable space, that will probably detract from value. 

Unforuntately I've been in this position in the past and it's better to keep the partnership in a good space than to force your hand on an issue like this.

I am comparing WREIN to Palek’s “Open Spaces for Women” 3 month mentorship, which does seem more custom but very short.
