It was good for an additional $30/month (per tenant) in rent over our competition (which was 45-50% of what the tenant would have to pay to get an equivalent service of their own).Now we command less of a rent premium to the competition (on that particular aspect), but these properties have had < 2% vacancy in the past 4-years.Naturally, you only do things in business if they directly or indirectly serve the bottom line.
