If I had to predict areas that will grow in appreciation in Harrisburg...They would include midtown, areas along the Susquehanna river(scenic area with running paths), Harrisburg train station area (central hub for transportation with plans to grow), and Cameron street (industrial area seeing a slow revamp).

I owned a hanger that was in a condo plat.. and of course have rented everything from T hangers to enclosed. positives are very low maintenance and generally a good payor.what I ran into on a few of the airports I looked at was the land was owned by the city or county.So finding an active airport that has private land with taxi way access is the key ?
