The only draw back is that it has a limit of $3000.00 per week, so it's super slow if you need to make a down payment for a house. 

@Jaleen Anderson, I don't think there are any drawbacks from working from your home.

The “easy” methods always have drawbacks and limits. $10,000 is a good start.

Drawbacks might be airport (not as intl as DFW/ATL w/ fewer direct flights) and size of infrastructure needed to support but if there criteria is just 1M folks then that might not be as much of an issue.

The drawback of it is it's technically a neighborhood of Gary, Indiana with all of the crime and financial issues that go along with it.After about 5 years of investing there, I decided it was unlikely things were going to change there and started selling.
