Day 7: 3pm the next day came and went, no word.Day 8: I waited until 5pm the next day to ask what the status was via text, no response.Day 9: I finally received a response at 8:30pm saying "After reviewing all applications that we had received, we regret to inform you, that another applicant was chosen."

@Kafui Athiogbey unless you have chosen some (highly complex and ill-advised) strategy that requires your entity to pay it's own taxes, there is no taxable consequence to taking a distribution from your LLC.

One of our tenants has seemingly chosen to completely ignore the existence of the PM and still operates as though they are under the management of the owner who originally signed the lease (the lease was a month to month at the time the PM took over, and the tenant was given a request to sign a new lease with the PM, but ignored it completely).

You are correct, not that much work...once you have gained a LOT of knowledge in construction, including project management; finance; contract law; State and Federal laws including applicable Fair Housing, Fair Credit, EPA, IRS, OSHA regulations, and Local LL/tenant laws; Regulation Z; insurance; HOA's; Fire codes; Building codes; product knowledge (relating to quality, useful life, design life of chosen products and materials); and, frankly, just learning about real people...what they do, how they act, what is important to them and what is not.
