I have been to most Guru presentations as a invited guest on the finance side and most have some charisma and charm and at least are up to date with market conditions.. this guy has non of that.

People want to use it year round, they love resting the muscles after hiking (although I’m not personally a hot tub lover). 

What is my overall motivation is that I love real estate, am getting better and better at it and would love to eventually do this full time.

I've found the people warm and hard-working, the old-city charming, the bicycling infrastructure truly outstanding, and Boca Chica beautiful and wild.

We love the charm of this property and its central location.

Aviation Sub (not too many duplexes in this neighborhood however on the border there are but those border areas don't have the same charm or appeal 5.
