You should reach out to local contractors that have experience with new builds.

Building a network of agents, contractors, and lenders who understand cash flowing rentals and the BRRRR model will be key as you continue to scale.

This might be a rookie mindset is it bad I don't care for cash-flow at the moment in my eyes if someone helping me pay down my mortgage and build equity I'm okay with that.

I know I just ratified a transaction where I was selling a new build ( not yet built) and the broker representing the buyer had a very high buyers broker agreement that simply does not work for builders and what we have to do to manage the process.

I don’t know how many BP members own properties but I would assume thousands of members own 10’s of thousands of units.Yes I understand people buying 50-100-500 unit buildings need corporate protection.

I'm fine if things get drawn out weeks/months, and would not mind building personal relationships with Banks.

Prices are high and coverage can be hard to fine, especially in the mountain counties and for habitational buildings.  

Two months ago a tenant in one of these buildings complained about fleas.
