I also do a double check of mirrors and over the shoulder too because I know how hard motorcycles are to see and I'd really rather not kill somebody.I also don't follow too close behind semis (or anybody, really), pick up my trash, mow my yard and a host of other stuff that you might think are silly municipal laws.Putting out a bandit sign that you know is illegal is a deliberate breaking of the law.

That's smoke and mirrors in my opinion.Equally, since Maryland's Guaranty Fund (which licensed contractors fund through the fees we pay) does not offer the opportunity for restitution to those who own more than three properties, investors here have no incentive from a compliance standpoint to hire licensed contractors, and many don't.

Then there is the number of deals claimed as the basis for experience, that mirrors the years in the business.I'd say the best way to judge a coach or mentor is by thier actions and the way they conduct business, here on BP we can see thier attitudes and how they may display actual knowledge or if they simply hammer away on systems and programs with little in depth information being given.

They have two choices.Number one-to do some of the same things that you have done and join you on the same rung of the ladder.Number two – try to knock you down a rung or two to again join you on the same level.As others have said, if you are comfortable being in your skin and don't have to be embarrassed when you look in the mirror each morning, you are probably fine.
