One day I was at the barber shop when a MTA employee tipped me off to the train station--best tip ever. 2 months after I purchased my home, the train station was announced and my neighborhood exploded.

The country added more than a half-million jobs in January, the lowest unemployment rate since May 1969, and with the Fed announcing a quarter-point hike in the prime lending interest rate, it seems that the country is making more progress than it was previously to getting back to the 2% range.

Central Ohio market demand is still high with all of the new jobs being announced as we're growing to be a mid-west tech giant.

About the time we finished the rehab though, Boeing announced they were expanding their location in the area and our street was going onto city sewer to handle the added load.

What can i do if a city where i own a property, announced they need a part of my land for a community project, and i can either 'donate' the land or get a 'just compensation' ?

Just posting an update here, they just announced on Facebook on Tuesday that they are now offering background checks!
