It's expensive but they treat you like an adult.

A few days ago, that tenant called me and told me his adult son, wife, baby and wife's brother will be staying with them for a few days because their home caught on fire.

The house will contain 5 bedrooms 4ba and sleep 14 adults, It will also have a movie room ie big screen recliners etc.

There are multiple unrelated adult people living in the house but only one person is on the "lease."

Here are the items you want to make sure you include:- Managers name and contact info- Preferred method of communication, any systems you use, etc- Rent Payment Address and any system they can use to pay rent, i.e. cozy, etc- First rent check that need to be mailed to that address- Notice addressI would also include a form for them to complete and return to you to include the name, phone number, email address for each adult residing in the space.  

Now having said that, if 6 adults book that cabin we have a discussion with them to make sure they know up front that 2 of them are sleeping on the pullout.
