I also started tutoring and still tutor (I teach music lessons).

I have spent significant amount of time investing in my community here locally: I'm a member of Church groups, I play music for my kids school, I built an indoor sports arena in my community, started a real estate investment club, and also paid for speed of network by buying into various masterminds.So, yes, the network helps.  

I want to add background music for interest.

It includes our local broadcast channels, 10 HBO channels and 50 Music Choice channels.

I recently graduated from Centre College in KY and came here to play more music.

Buying in the hope of selling after doing some renovations is playing the musical chairs game, at some point the music will stop.

I got interested in real estate as a method to fund my musical projects, have more time for my family and the music business.

Or fix the unit you are in...play musical chairs.

And then take a long vacation, probably on a beach and probably with a lot of Mexican beer.

Someday the music will stop and some owners will get hurt to some extent, either simply not achieving projections or catastrophic deal destruction.
