And I had even read an article that the mayor or city commissioner (can't remember who exactly) was turning to the owner of the football team to help turn the city around.Jacksonville is geographically located in Florida where they have beaches, great marine/fishing lifestyle, they get three seasons (ish), are only a few hours drive away from Orlando and Atlanta and St Augustine.

I suppose if there are low cost updates I can do that will create better returns I can fish those out, otherwise, I will let it sit and potentially refinance in the future if things makes sense. 

For instance one deep fryer means fries but not fried fish, etc....

I feel like I barely made it over the fish line in time.  

The tenant was there for the walk through and said it was for when they go fishing for catfish. 

There is no level of vetting that can fish out every possible problem tenant.

I'm a relatively small fish here but I can share what I've learned and my experience.

It also avoids issues like this as I charge the same deposit for a cat, fish, lizard, turtle or dog etc.

I don't recall if there were any SSA, but I know there were fish and wildlife, and about a dozen other spaces, at least, that were government offices through GSA.
