Great Guide, I like how you kept it generic enough not to get someone in trouble by having them look up the specific state laws.

Maybe in the future I will modify the generic postcard to make it something very personable and down to earth, just explaining who I am and what I do. 

However, when it comes to real estate investment, you are not buying a generic property in a general location.

The generic form that the referral service had you fill out is basically useless.

They will understand the laws better than anyone else.Gurus tend to be generic, and in my office people who come in asking the generic questions are often referred to as "serious investors."

It's a shame to see the rich culture of a distinct historic area devolve into a sterile, strictly profit-driven environment that excludes locals, where a less diverse subset of the population can afford to live and generic trendy architecture replaces historic buildings.

Note at this point you can adjust downward from from the approved amount if you wish   (4) About a week later received an email from an EIDL Specialist asking for more info regarding ownership   (5) 2 days after that received yet another request from the same EIDL specialist asking for Schedule E from my Tax Form  (6) That same day received a Generic email from SBA saying my loan was approved and to log in to complete the next step which I did.   

That sucks.Your post is so broad and generic that it makes it hard to give advice.
