SBA Disaster Loans Received?

Hello All,
I filled out the application for the disaster loan and it was indicated that I would be eligible for a loan up to $10,000. A couple of weeks later I received an email saying the loan would consist of a $1000 per employee(?) considering our rentals are owned by my wife and I and we self-manage I really didn't think of what that might mean. We received notification from LifeLock of our credit being checked which ended up being the SBA and then a couple of days ago there was a direct deposit of $1000. Now I'm happy to receive assistance, but this amount is really a drop in the bucket. Is this what you have experienced?

@NathanG I received and email from the SBA that I had been approved for $38,200 at 3.75% interest for 30 years with no payments for 12 months. I did not fill out a separate application from the original grant money. In the fine print it says that anything over 25K the SBA owns an interest in all your business assets and that the money is to be used for "working capitol". They require you to keep all receipts in case they want to audit you. After claiming my amount it took about 6 hours for it to come back approved. From there I signed closing paperwork and that money was in my bank within 4 days of the closing paperwork.

Here's my question,I own a real estate company so working capitol includes my investment portfolio. Technically since my business is real estate shouldn't I be able to use this money to buy homes?
