If you're building a deck you need to know the current price of lumber. 

Treasury bonds are not only not being sold, but nations start seeking how to unload them for near junk status. 

Likely some extra hardware and maybe doubled lumber at panel connections, but otherwise seems to be a quick but fairly traditional finished product. 

I am gonna to unload in fort Myers shores.  2/1 each side.  

When I was doing rehabs, the lumber yards and box stores were like candy stores to a kid.

If you find a non-cabin home at a reasonable price in a good rental area you can always add tongue and grove in the interior and the D-log lumber on the exterior to make it look like a log cabin home.

He's put a lot of money into trying to fix up/recover (including rebuilding a home from scratch through insurance that burned down), but at this point it may be best to unload what he can to recover from a further downward spiral financially.

I have had a few clients look at unloading some property during these times as it can be very advantageous freeing up capital for future BRRR projects, etc. 

For things like flooring, if you are going to use Home Depot, Lowe's, Lumber Liquidators (or whatever they are called now), spend a little time and see what the price per ft2 or yd plus installation is . . . you can always override the calculator tool with the current, local prices. 

I've done my last 4 houses (rentals) with LVP (5mm) that were under $2.25 sf from Lumber Liquidators.
