I told her I was just the opposite and couldn't stand residential for the exact reasons she loved it.It's one of those things where one person sees trash and not worth their time another sees treasure and opportunity.

I personally think that there are hidden treasures south of Atlanta for investors that prefer the BRRR or simply buy & hold approach. 

After 3 years, you can submit a formal request to the county treasure where the property is located for a Quit Claim Deed.

We are planning at some point with in 5-7 years to move down to the Treasure coast of FL and wanted to purchase a multi unit property down there but they are getting eating up fast!
