It is a marathon sport and i often question whether its worth the time but i can honestly say we have cultivated some really great relationships over the years.

I tend to agree with those that say east and west does not mix very well in Cleveland... except in sports.

Either way turnkey cash flow speculation is a risky sport. 

You have people who have recently relocated to the city; people that want to remain flexible; people who that don't have money saved to buy a house; people that don't have the credit to buy a house; and people who move (especially to Katy) to the area for a short time for the schools/sports. 

INVESTING IS A TEAM SPORT.

One month is a very short time to learn what generally take years to fully understand.Investing without full knowledge is like a 16 year old buying a high powered sports car with the intension of teaching themselves how to drive.

Negotiation is a mental/verbal sport, that's the best part for me.

Lets just say "sporting goods" and leave it at that:)It will also make it apparent why my tenants are so polite and pay their rent on time:) The business has been super good to me and I am easily in the top 5% of guys nationwide that do what I do, my site ranks #2 on google, and it takes very little time. p.s.
