This was no ones fault in our company just bad luck and my clients now have a bad taste in their mouth and backed out of the deal.

As long as you are in a decent neighborhood, you can certainly get this kind of rent if you set up a nice comfy place with tasteful, modern furniture; wifi; a big TV; nice linens & towels; great coffee, etc.

In my opinion, those were in poor taste, but I want to commend Ali for the way she has handled herself.  

It's not great, but we barely taste our coffee in the morning anyway!

@Chris Clothier I have many people to thank for my taste in literature.

I’ve faced similar situations like this due to my tenants having different taste in colors, countertops, floorings, etc.

I feel terribly for the guy because it has put a sour taste in his mouth about investing in real estate.

Our place is neat and clean with really nice shelving space, new kitchen and windows, etc. but we really do not have the best taste on other furniture and interior designing.

Buy them some Chipotle, or Moes, or Starbucks, or whatever they have a taste for. 

Taxes are a bit high for my tastes but as of late the crime isn't much of a concern.
