If you goal is to sell it to an investor . . . are you concentrating your marketing for that segment or to a homeowner?

Generally speaking, a small segment of the population is ever going to sell to you anyways.

That segment hasn't been a large part of my business, which is probably why my perspective is a little different.With my personal investments, I'm just waiting for sellers to start accepting my lower offers too.

This arena will see much growth, however I do not plan to include the operational segment, rather will build and look for someone else who has the expertise to operate the facility.
