My current insurance carrier, New Jersey Manufactures (NJM) will not insure an LLC though.

I'm in North Jersey (Essex, Union, Hudson and Bergen counties).

For over a year I have developing a business model and plan for acquiring property at the New Jersey shore beach communities to be sold on a fracitonal ownership basis.

Here in Jersey, there's at least one group in each county.

It just depends on where you want to buy.My best advice would be to look at maps of the Metro North, Long Island Railroad and New Jersey Transit and starting looking at towns on the train line that go into Manhattan.  

Before moving out west, I spent four years at UPenn (Philadelphia) and the earlier parts of my life in northern New Jersey.
