Health care -- and how to pay for it -- was a hot button issue in 2019.

I am now at a crossroad because I no longer want to pursue healthcare as my main career and intend to pursue RE investment and other passive streams of income.

My C Corp collect the rents, pays for all the repairs, bill, taxes, takes a management fee and pays the rest to the LLC.My C corp is used to write off most of the expenses and also to give me fringe benefits like health care and to contribute to retirement plans.

We in the healthcare business have 1-2 websites we can use, but many property owners take advantage of us financially, thinking we still make $10,000/week.  

The city has a diversified economy that supports industries such as healthcare, finance, and technology.-- Growing population: Kansas City has experienced steady population growth over the past few years.

The majority of the tenants in our properties, 80%, are in health care and have been so for longer than a decade.

I have no interest in personally owning anything there and I would never live or retire there too many bugs and healthcare etc would be of great concern along with there are simply too many sneaky speed bumps on the highways :) For me if I was going out of country, I would go to Portugal personally.
