Investing in Boise is a different ballgame than most of the markets people chat about on BP- explosive growth, low crime, high quality tenants and zero vacancy drive prices and rents up quickly, but you have to take a risk on the acquisition side in order to enjoy the fruits of the market, but true wealth and opportunities for FIRE are much more likely in markets like Boise than the ones you see with higher cash flow or CAPs.
