Have a tried a few big names only to be disappointed with surprises such as 10K in discovery costs (during pandemic when courts were closed), to incorrect notices, to serving notices for reasons that are not legal (based on my internet research - which attorney agreed).

I believed I paid for the best premium available on offer, nearly $4000 per annum so was extremely disappointed by the offer.

It's really disappointing when you consider that turnkey as an option for a couple who has never invested before would help alleviate quite a bit of anxiety - and still be positive cash flow each month.

Very disappointing indeed

This is my first manager, but came highly regarded by family and I haven’t been disappointed.

A lot of BP members I previously respected sharing some disappointing, and surprisingly, vitriolic opinions.

But I'll be honest, I have been rather disappointed by their lack of upgrades over the past few years, seems the competition is running circles around them. 

Otherwise you may be disappointed if you're only looking at revenues from 2020 - 2022 pandemic years.
