@Partap Aujla: understand your apprehensions, but not sure there's any easy solution:( If most PM's actually really reviewed their screening/credit report vendor agreements, I'd be surprised if they ALL didn't limit access of the data to only PMC employees.

Largest problem is there's very little comp data without going into surrounding cities that are definitely lower income, so that's not the best gauge.

I am trying to see if I can get data for travelling nurses perhaps.Only thing I can think of is calling the HR dept of the hospitals.RNIP an immigrating pilot program has been extended as well for more months and is said to soon be permanent. which means student rentals and some skilled immigrant workers.

@Scheherazarde Roddie you can use Zillow as a free resource but if your willing to pay for more data pro stream can also be used to help you pull comps.
