Sold some toys (cars) and invested everything we had into a business.

I can't speak for myself but my sister has a vacation rental here and she added baskets with beach towels, inexpensive flip flops, and children's toys/board games.

I apply this concept to really all debt with a low interest rate (cars, toys, etc.). 

If you read this and still think the virus does not relate to rights and rights do not relate to investing...I dunno...I guess all I can say is stop, just stop, go home and play with your toys, it's time for the adults to step in and take charge.Anyone who wants REI to continue, please read these and think real carefully, and consider what measures like this proposal really mean.

Refrigerators seem to be less and less reliable every year and repair costs are HIGH, I wouldn't mind providing a stove but like it was mentioned above the tenants can leave them damaged or dirty which is another turn over expense.We toyed with the idea of renting appliances but didn't get a very positive market response, maybe the market will start to change.  

That's what I'd go for.So, that was the long answer to yes to the larger dishwasher for better class tenant. 

One idea I'm toying with right now is to ask the tenant to retain her own pest control services and to send me the bill if they find evidence of a rodent problem, but I'm not sure if that's legally defensible.  

Most of the guests at our house also spend the majority of the time in that area (except the twin boys next door, they go straight for the toys in the kids' bedrooms).The further away you are from the main living spaces, the less important paint colors are.

Toys, lawn accessories, garbage, etc. are constantly found.

Any pet I've seen in the apartment has been one of those toy dogs, 10-12 pound maltipoo's.
