The area is always expanding the university district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for education, sports, shopping, and leisure.

We had no sports when I was there, I mean there was never a way you could call Alabama State athletics exciting. ha.If we wanted something it was either Talladega or Auburn.Glad to hear things are hopping there.

It is home to 3 major sports franchises (Indians, Browns, and Cavs), #1 Medical Institution (Cleveland Clinic), Casino's (MGM), Amazon Fulfillment center, Malls, rapid transit, Universities, etc.

Sports games, events on campus, parents visiting their kids.

My wife and I don’t have kids yet but are trying so hopefully in next few years I have couple kids and can be the dad that picks up and drops his kids off from school or takes them everyday to sports practices without ever missing a day in their life because dentistry prevented me.
